Fear and Prejudice on Nuclear Disasters

So far, nuclear power is one of the most cost-effective energy sources. However, three major nuclear accidents, Three Mile Island (1978), Chernobyl (1986), and Fukushima(2011), showed that management and the human factor may cause disasters. Professor Way Kuo, who is the president of City University of Hong Kong, gave some interesting thoughts for this circumstance in Sunday Morning Post.
